Mumbai: Sensex today on January 29, 2020 was trading 214.51 points higher at 41,181.37. Similarly NSE Nifty was trading 71.35 points up at 12,127.
Similarly, at 10:15 am, Sensex was trading at 41,208.07 points, whereas Nifty was trading at 12,130.80.
Tata Steel, Infosys, M&M, Bharti Airtel, Maruti and Hero MotoCorp were the top gainer in the Sensex pack. On the other hand, TCS and HDFC were among the top losers.
On the currency front, the rupee appreciated 8 paise to 71.22 against the US dollar in morning session.
