Mumbai: Sensex today on March 17, 2020 rebounded in the opening session. BSE was trading 475.45 points higher at 31,865.52. Similarly, Nifty was trading 163 points higher at 9,360.40.
At 10:15 AM, BSE was trading at 31,763.00. Similarly, Nifty was trading at 9,323.15.
Tata Steel was the top gainer, followed by Maruti, Sun Pharma, HUL, ONGC and Reliance Industries, while HDFC twins, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank and Titan were the top laggards.
On the currency front, the rupee appreciated 22 paise to 74.03 against US dollar in morning session.
