Mumbai: Sensex closed today on April 15, 2020 at 310.21 points lower at 30,379.81. Similarly, Nifty ended 68.55 points down at 8,925.30.
In the previous season, the BSE S&P Sensex was down by 470 points or 1.51 per cent at 30,690 while the Nifty 50 edged lower by 118 points or 1.3 per cent at 8,994.
Kotak Mahindra Bank, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finance, HDFC Bank and Maruti Suzuki were among major losers on the Nifty, while gainers included UPL, HUL, Britannia Industries, HCL Tech and Shree Cements.
