Jhabrera: The officials from Iqbalpur sugar mill have started sugarcane survey using GPS technology. The survey has begun with the assistance of Sugarcane development committee, Iqbalpur and the sugar mill officials. As per a news report, the survey needs to complete before 15 June.
This system is very accurate and there are least chances of any discrepancy, said officials. In addition to this, the GPS survey method helps in conducting a survey of around 300 bigha land in one day as against 30-40 bigha of land through the traditional system.
