Mumbai: Equity benchmark indices ended higher on Monday. Sensex closed on June 22, 2020 at 179.59 points higher at 34,911.32. Nifty ended 66.80 points high at 10,311.20.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on June 19, 2020 at 523.68 points higher at 34,731.73. Nifty ended 152.75 points high at 10,244.40.
Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finance, Coal India, Bajaj Finserv and Vedanta were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were Wipro, Gail, ONGC, HDFC and TCS.
