Deputy sugarcane commissioner Amar Singh visited Bijnor and inspected the repair work of the sugar mills. Also, he instructed the sugar mill to expedite the repair work and complete it on time.
The mills are focused to ensure repair and maintenance work of the mill ahead of the beginning of the crushing season. Every year before the new season, mills do maintenance work of the machinery so that during sugarcane crushing they don’t have to face a hurdle.
The upcoming cane season is expected to start in the last week of October.
