Haridwar, Uttarakhand: Aam Aadmi Party has decided to launch a protest against the government to demand payment of pending cane dues, reports Live Hindustan.
A meeting of party activists was convened on Thursday to discuss the issue. Addressing the gathering, state vice president of AAP, Naresh Sharma said, “‘Farmers have yet not received the pending cane dues, therefore we will stage protest to press for our demands. Our demonstration will put pressure on millers to release payments.”
