Lakhimpur Kheri: Preparations for the new crushing season at Ajbapur sugar mill of DCM Shriram Group, are in the final stages. Surya Prakash Mishra, the gate in charge of the mill, informed that that the new crushing season will commence on Tuesday, October 22, reported Live Hindustan.
In preparation for the start, Acharya Ashish Kumar Tiwari conducted a traditional worship ceremony at the Dakhaura purchasing centre on Friday, during the auspicious occasion of Navratri. Mishra also mentioned that within 15 days, weighbridges at all external purchasing centres will be fully installed.
The mill is set to begin crushing at its full capacity of 1.35 lakh quintals of sugarcane per day from the start of the season. Several key individuals, including Amresh Shukla, Anupam Mishra, Rajkumar Verma, Suresh Verma, Aresh Kumar, and Ajay Pandey, were present on this occasion.
