Amroha (Uttar Pradesh): Officials from the sugarcane development and sugar department jointly inspected sugar procurement centers on Thursday, reported Live Hindustan.
Mill officials and weigh clerks were warned of FIR registration against sugar mill management over discrepancies in weight measurement. It was stated that the licenses of weigh clerks would be canceled.
As per news report published in Live Hindustan, DCO Manoj Kumar stated that for effective control over weighing at the allocated sugar procurement centers, the centers have been identified and handed over to Sugarcane Committee Secretary and Sugar Inspector. During the inspections of sugar procurement centers by the joint teams, a thorough examination was conducted, including checking and accuracy, mill weigh slips, and committee slips. DCO Manoj Kumar, Sugar Inspector and Assistant Cane Commissioner Muradabad Neha Trivedi, and Sugar Inspector Brajesh Kumar conducted a precise inspection of the Chandanpur sugar mill gate, finding everything in order.
