Andhra Pradesh government aims to revive the cooperative sugar mills in the state. Therefore the government is working on the same. On Friday, Group of Ministers (GoM) discussed the move to be taken to revive the mills.
According to the news report published in Newindianexpress.com, ministers including Mekapati Goutham Reddy (Industries), Botcha Satyanarayana (Municipal Administration) and K Kannababu (Agriculture) met at the CRDA office and urged the officials to prepare an action plan so as to revive the sugar mills by next crushing season.
