Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh: Baghpat and Ramala sugar mills are gearing up to commence the new crushing season, reported Live Hindustan.
Both mills are working on machine maintenance. On November 3, sugarcane indent for farmers will be released following a ceremony, bringing relief to sugarcane-producing farmers associated with Baghpat and Ramala sugar mills. The new crushing season at both mills is expected to kick off in the first week of November. For this purpose, a ceremonial event will be held on November 3, involving officials and farmers alike.
Dr. Anil Kumar Bharti, the District Cane Officer, confirmed that the ceremonial puja for both sugar mills will take place on November 3. Subsequent to the indent release, the crushing season will be started at the mills.
