New Delhi: The Balrampur Chini has reported Rs 83.10 crore consolidated net profit in the second quarter ended in September, which is a 6 per cent increase year-on-year.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 78.30 crore during the same period a year ago.
Though the profit of the company has been increased this quarter, Total income fell to Rs 1,218.22 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year from Rs 1,294.36 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The leading sugar producer company has many sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh.
