Bhairav Biofuels is planning to set up a grain-based distillery unit to produce ethanol at Amradandi of Gurh Tehsil in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh, reports Projects Today.
The capacity of the plant is 130 klpd.
The company will also set up a two MW co-generation power plant. The unit will be spread over 60.39 acres of land and would generate employment for 300 people.
The company is expected to start operations in Q3/FY24 and is scheduled to complete by September 2024. The company is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) for the project.
