Jamui: The Adani Group is set to establish a multi-crore cement plant in Bihar on land acquired from a sugar mill, according to News 18. Preparations are complete for the establishment of the Ambuja Cement Plant in Warisaliganj, Nawada district, Bihar. On July 29, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will perform the groundbreaking ceremony for the Adani Group’s Ambuja Cement Grinding Unit in Warisaliganj.
This project is significant not only for this industry-deprived district but also for the employment prospects it brings.Prabhat Shrivastava, AGM of the company said that the Adani Group has acquired the land of the sugar mill through BIADA to establish an Ambuja Cement grading unit. The Adani Group will invest 1400 crores for the establishment of this unit.
