Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh: DM Ramakant Pandey has warned the sugar millers to clear the pending cane arrears before starting the crushing season. He recently called the meeting of the representatives of the sugar mills in the district and asked them to clear pending cane dues.
According to the news report published in Amarujala.com, he also took a review of the preparations done by the sugar mills and asked them to ensure that they are technically well prepared for the upcoming season. He warned that strict action will be taken against the millers if they fail to clear the pending cane arrears within the stipulated time.
