Bijnor: Bijnor sugar mill belonging to the Wave group will be installing an additional roller to extract juice from sugarcane and also it will help in lowering the breakdown cases. According to the mill administration, this will also help in increasing the sugar recovery rate by 0.5 per cent.
As per the news report published in Livehindustan.com, the sugar mill is in the final stage of maintenance and repair work and will be ready for crushing in the next few weeks. The mill has four crushing rollers and with one more roller, the crushing capacity of the mill will increase as well as the load on all the rollers will be reduced, which will help in lowering breakdown instances.
The mill administration has stated that the mill will continue operations without any interruptions this season.
