Farmers accompanied with their bullock carts and tractors with trolleys gathered at the collectorate in Rampur and launched an agitation.
According to the news report published in The Times of India, Haseeb Ahmad, district president BKU said, “Farmers have been in financial distress since the pandemic outbreak and lockdown. Due to the pending cane dues, they don’t have enough fund to meet their daily needs.”
