Budaun: The Bhartiya Kisan Union (Asli Arjanaitik) faction held a one-day protest at Sadar Tehsil, where farmers and workers discussed their primary issues and demanded solutions from the concerned authorities. State Secretary Ravindra Singh Patel announced that this year, they will not supply sugarcane to one of the district’s sugar mills. He alleged that mills harass farmers by delaying payment after the purchase of sugarcane from farmers, reports Live Hindustan.
Surajpal Singh, Harish Singh, Harvans Patel, Pratap Singh, Dwarki Singh, Kamal Gupta, Poonam Gupta, Ashok Kumar, Moin, Tariq, Kallu, Ravindra Yadav, Ramendra Yadav, Satyapal Singh Yadav, Sahab Singh Rawat, Parmanand Yadav, Chaudhary Bhagwat Yadav, and Kunti Rani were present at the meeting.
