A detailed and intensive monthly review meeting held in the auditorium of Lal Bahadur Shastri, Ganna Kishan Sansthaan, Lucknow, with departmental officials, under the chairmanship of commissioner, Cane & Sugar. In the meeting, he reviewed the status of Cane surveys, Cane purchase and Payments, Ganna samiti, publicity, Accounts and Administration related issues, and strict instructions were given for immediate cancellation of fake bonds and to complete the Cane survey work by June 30, 2019, positively.
During the review, in order to evaluate the officers and employees to discharge their responsibilities perfectly, Shri Rajeshwar Yadav, District Cane Officer, Ghazipur, suspended with the immediate effect and instituted an departmental proceedings against him. Mr. Yadav was found guilty of negligence in the implementation of departmental work, absence in the departmental review meetings without information, and not acting according to the employees conduct rules.
Commissioner, Cane & Sugar Shri Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy said, that the Government employees are expected to perform their duties in proper and transparent manner, and it will not be permissible to work against the employees conduct rules.
