Rabat: According to the reports, Morocco’s first sugar refinery Cosumar to kick off production in its Saudi Arabia’s plant by March 2020.
Trials of the plant, 43.27% owned by Cosumar, will likely start before March 2020, CEO Mohamed Fikrat told Reuters, without giving details on why production was delayed.
The refinery is the joint venture of Saudi Consolidated Brothers and Industrial Project Development Company, Wilmar.
