◾ Maharashtra:S/30 Sugar rates from millers are ₹3230 to ₹3310/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3275 to 3375/Qntl.
◾ Karnataka : S/30 Sugar rates were ₹3330 to 3370/Qntl. whereas M/30 ₹3375 to 3425/Qntl.
◾ Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 were at ₹3725 to 3750/Qntl.
◾ Gujarat: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3371 to 3481/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3471 to 3561/Qntl.
◾ Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3525 to 3600/Qntl. whereas M/30 rates are at ₹3575 to 3650/Qntl.

Market Today:
The London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $515.30/ton whereas the New York Sugar front month contract is trading at 19.60/lb.
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices:
The rupee traded against the US dollar at 74.656 whereas USD was trading with BRL at 5.6802 Crude futures traded at Rs.6233 Crude WTI traded at $83.27 a barrel. Sensex closed 109.49 points lower at 60,029.06 whereas Nifty ended40.70 points lower at 17,888.95.
