Domestic sugar prices quoted stable after continuous fall
Sugar prices in the major domestic markets have been reported to be stable after a 3-4 weak sessions. Buyers prefer hand to mouth because prices are expected to remain low due to the ongoing crushing season.
In Kolhapur S-grade sugar ranges between Rs 3,600 and Rs 3,650 per quintal, whereas M-grade sugar in Muzaffarnagar trading in the range of Rs 3,900 and Rs 3,980.
According to Agrimandi, S grade sugar will trade in Kolhapur markets for between Rs 3,520 and Rs 3,650 over the next two weeks.
