Domestic sugar prices indicate a steady sentiment.
Domestic sugar prices in major markets have been reported to be stable following a continuous decline. However, traders report that demand remains low, which may keep prices in check.
The price range for M-grade sugar in Muzaffarnagar was Rs 3,860-3,910 per quintal, while S-grade in Kolhapur was in the ranges of Rs 3,620-3,660 per quintal. Agrimandi expects S-grade sugar prices in the Kolhapur market to range between Rs 3,600 and Rs 3,750 per quintal over the next two weeks.
