Domestic Market: The market was steady.
Maharashtra: S/30 Sugar rates from millers are ₹3150 to ₹3200/Qntl whereas ₹3210 to 3250
South Karnataka: The rates for S/30 are ₹3425/Qntl whereas for M/30 are at ₹3475/Qntl
Uttar Pradesh: The rates for M/30 are ₹3350 to ₹3430/Qntl.
Gujarat: The rates for New S/30 are ₹3271 whereas M/30 are at ₹3291 to 3301/Qntl.
Tamil Nadu: S/30 Sugar rates are ₹3390 to Rs.3550 whereas, M/30 rates are ₹3460 to 3525.

International Market:
According to reports, on Friday Sugar prices settled mixed as London sugar fell to a 2-1/2 week low and closed at $368.30. NY sugar gained as crude oil rallied to a 1-1/2 week high and as the Brazilian real climbed against the dollar. NY sugar closed at 11.93/lb.
London White Sugar front month contract is trading at $361.50/tn whereas US Sugar front month contract is trading at 12.02/lb at the time of writing this update.
Currency, Commodity & Indian Indices:The rupee traded against the US dollar at 76.040 whereas USD traded with BRL at 5.3112, Crude futures traded at Rs.3028, Crude WTI traded at $39.66. Indices ended in the green, sensex closed 179.59 points higher at 34,911.32. Similarly, Nifty ended 66.80 points higher at 10,311.20.
