Daily Sugar Market Update By Vizzie – 25/08/2023

ChiniMandi, Mumbai: 25th August 2023

Domestic Market

Domestic prices reported stable to weak

Domestic sugar prices were reported to be low in Kolhapur but stable in other cities. Demand had been strong for the previous two days, but it had slowed since yesterday. Lower rainfall activity over major cane growing regions, combined with lower supply, is supporting spot market prices.

Prices were reported to be between Rs 3,530 and Rs 3,550 per quintal in Kolhapur, and between Rs 3,710 and Rs 3,750 in Muzaffarnagar. According to AgriMandi.live, S grade will be traded in the Kolhapur markets in the near future between Rs 3,500 and Rs 3,580 per quintal.
