Daurala, Uttar Pradesh: Sugar mills are taking steps to ensure cane dues are cleared on a priority basis.
Daurala sugar mill has cleared the pending cane dues of the cane farmers that had sold their cane to the mill up to April 28. The mill administration has sent the advice in this regard to the concerned committees.
According to the news report published in Amarujala.com, Sanjiv Kumar Khatiyan, chief manager of the sugar mill said that the mill has cleared the pending cane dues of the farmers that had sent their cane from April 25 to April 28. The sugar mill has till date paid Rs 658.34 crore to the cane farmers.
