Best CEO of the year in Sugar Industry: Mr. Roshan Lal Tamak, DCM Shriram Ltd.
Roshan Lal Tamak, Executive Director & CEO, DCM Shriram Ltd was awarded as Best CEO of the year in Sugar Industry. He is leading the Sugar and Ethanol businesses at DCM Shriram Ltd. With over three decades of experience in the Indian Sugar Sector, he holds key positions in industry forums, including President of Uttar Pradesh Sugar Mills Association and Chairman of the Sugarcane Sub-Committee of Indian Sugar Mills Association. Recognized globally, Mr. Tamak has received prestigious awards such as the Lifetime Achievement Award from STAI, being named among the top 200 CEOs in India by StartupLanes, and the Bonsucro Global Award for Inspiring Sustainable Partnerships. A seasoned speaker at national and international seminars, he has undergone management programs at institutions like Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, IIM-Ahmedabad, and Tata Management Training Centre.
Renowned Bollywood actress Bhagyashree Patwardhan graced the stage to present the Best CEO of the year award in the Sugar Industry to Roshan Lal Tamak. This prestigious recognition underscored Tamak’s outstanding leadership and management skills, which have significantly contributed to the industry’s growth and success.
