Moradabad: A farmers’ awareness program held at Panchayat Bhavan and organized by the district administration provided assurances of clearing pending cane dues promptly, reports Live Hindustan.
The district agriculture department spearheaded the event, inaugurated by Panchayat President Shefali Singh, accompanied by District Collector Shailendra Kumar Singh and District Agriculture Officer Rutusha Tiwari.
During the program, farmers voiced their concerns regarding the pending cane dues. In response, the officials reassured them that the administration is committed to resolving the issue and ensuring the expeditious clearance of the outstanding cane dues.
