Bareilly: Crushing season in Uttar Pradesh has commenced officially. Many sugar mills are in preperation to start the season in the coming days.
Dwarikesh sugar mill will start cane crushing operations on November 8.
Speaking with ChiniMandi, General Manager (Cane) Anil Kumar said that the crushing season of Dwarikesh Dwarikesh sugar mill will commence on November 8.
Sugarcane minister Laxmi Narayan Chaudhary inaugurated the Bundaki unit of Dwarikesh sugar mill on October 28.
The mill administration has set up 50 cane collection centres to facilitate cane farmers. It has set a target of crushing 135 lakh quintals of sugarcane this season.
