Dwarikesh Sugar has reported good earnings in the third quarter showing strong recovery in all the segments in terms of revenue, reports CNBC-TV18.
“We had good revenue in all segments. The sugar segment had witnessed a significant increase as we had more releases coming from the Government of India,” said Vijay Banka, MD of Dwarikesh Sugar while speaking to CNBC-TV18.
“We have sold about 1.11 crore litres of ethanol in the third quarter. In January we sold a decent amount of ethanol indicating that we should be able to sell 5.3 to 5.44 core litres of ethanol in the 2021-22 financial year,” he further added.
