Shamli: Ashok Kumar, chairman of Khatauli sugar mill has asked farmers to take precautions to protect crops from diseases like spike borer, reports Live Hindustan.
He was speaking at an awareness programme organised by Khatauli sugar mill at Jasala village.
District sugarcane officer Shamli Vijay Bahadur Singh shared details about several schemes launched by the government for the betterment of cane farmers.
