Meerut: Sugarcane farmers are preparing to launch an agitation demanding payment of the cane dues, said Bhartiya Kisan Union spokesperson Rakesh Tikait, reports Live Hindustan.
“If sugar mills are not clearing cane dues in time then we will be forced to launch an agitation to force the mills to clear cane bills in time,” he said.
