Sugarcane farmers will get their third installment of cane payment of $8.37 per tonne tomorrow.
With this the farmers will get the total amount of $59.70 per tonne, said the Sugar Industry Tribunal. The farmers will get the balance of $25.30 for the 2020 crop later.
The National Farmers Union has urged the FSC to clear the third cane payment. Mahendra Chaudhry, NFU General Secretary said the Corporation should make the payment before March 31.
