Madanganj (Ajmer): Madanganj police have arrested four suspects for allegedly looting a sugar trader Pawan Rathi based in the Sindhi colony. All the arrested criminals are habitual offenders.
According to the reports, seven more people were involved in the crime and police are searching for their whereabouts as they are absconding. The suspects have taken the help of locals while committing the crime. Police are yet to recover the cash that the culprit had stolen and are investigating with the suspects to recover the amount.
Due to the festive season, sugar trader Pawan Rathi had a huge amount of cash in his house. Taking advantage of this, the robbers looted him on October 19. In a complaint given to police, robbery of 12 lakh rupees was registered.
Though police have arrested the accused, but are yet to recover the looted amount.
