Four Chief Ministers dial Yogi Adityanath over migrant labours

New Delhi: Lockdown has impacted the economic activity of many states. Most of the states rely on migrant labours to give strength to their economy. But now they are worried as many labours from Uttar Pradesh are returning to their villages.

After the lockdown is lifted states want to boost the economy of their states, therefore they want to retain labours from Uttar Pradesh. According to the news report published in The Hindu, Punjab, Karnataka, Haryana and Gujarat Chief Ministers have contacted their Uttar Pradesh counterpart Yogi Adityanath to prevent the flight of labour. They have dialled UP CM Yogi Adityanath and assured him that they will take care of these migrants as lockdown rules are relaxing.
