Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has informed that no party is interested in setting up an ethanol plant in the state due to the present situation of the mill and the lesser cultivation of cane in the state, he said.
The Chief Minister has asked farmers to find out the parties interested in setting up the plant and the government will provide the required support, he said.
Strict action will be taken against those blocking roads, warned the Chief Minister. He has asked farmers to shift to the cultivation of other crops.
