Gulshan Polyols Ltd. has been awarded a contract worth Rs 571.5 crore for supplying 89,404 kiloliters of ethanol to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).
The company will supply the ethanol from its Boregaon plant to the oil marketing companies till October 31, 2024, according to an exchange filing issued on Monday.
As per exchange filing, “After the closure of the first round of offerings, Gulshan Polyols Limited has been allocated a quantity, for supplying 89,404 Kilolitres of Ethanol from its 500 KLPD Ethanol plant at Boregaon with an estimated order value of INR 5,71,50,41,840.”
“In terms of Regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and any other applicable provisions of the said Regulations, this is to inform you that the Gulshan Polyols Limited (“the Company”) had participated in a tender (Ethanol tender No. 1000410082 (System ID 13795) floated by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) inviting various molasses and grain based distilleries for supplying Ethanol under EBPP during Ethanol Supply Year (ESY) till 31/10/2024 at their various locations across the country,” the filing further added.
