Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended flat in the highly volatile session today. Sensex closed on 15 December at 9.71 points higher at 46,263.17. Nifty ended 9.70 points high at 13,567.85.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 14 December at 154.45 points higher at 46,253.46. Nifty ended 44.30 points high at 13,558.15.
Nestle, HUL, BPCL, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank were among major losers on the Nifty, while gainers were Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Eicher Motors, Shree Cements and JSW Steel.
