Doghat: Khatauli sugar mill will continue cane crushing operations till May 10, reports Amar Ujala.
Rajkumar Tomar, sugarcane manager of the mill, said that so far mill has crushed 2.35 crore quintal sugarcane and cleared payment of crop procured till April 16.
He has appealed to farmers to take steps to ensure that the cane crops are not affected by any disease. He also inspected the cane collection centres in the Chaugama area. The mill would continue operations till May 10, he said.
