To facilitate those cane farmers of the State who missed the chance for filling online declaration form due to slow internet/server speed or lack of good knowledge of mobile or internet operations and other technical reasons , last chance is being given to them by extending the last date for filling the online declaration form on the ERP’s website-enquiry.caneup.in from 30th November, 2021 to 10th December, 2021.
Giving detailed information in this regard, Commissioner, Cane and Sugar, Shri Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy informed that, the last date for filling the online declaration form has been extended 04 times in the past, but some cane farmers still missed the chance of filling the online declaration form due to technical reasons like slow internet speed, busy server etc. In view to facilitate these farmers and after taking cognizance of the requests being made by farmers on the toll-free number 1800-121-3203 of the department, it was decided to extend the last date by 10 days and giving last opportunity to them to fill the declaration form. It is known that cane farmers are filling their online declaration forms under the Smart Ganna Kisan (SGK) project for the crushing season 2021-22.
The Cane Commissioner appealed to the farmers that by taking advantage of this last opportunity, farmers should fill the declaration for the crushing session 2021-22 by 10th December, 2021. After that it will not be possible to extend the date of filling the declaration form. Cane farmers who do not fill the declaration form by the last date will not be able to get the facility of General increase, yield increase; additional bonding etc. and the bond of these cane farmers will not be operated. He also informed that cane farmers can also get help in this regard from secretaries of cane societies, senior cane development inspectors and cane supervisors.
