Mumbai: Benchmark indices ended higher today. Sensex ended 273.67 points higher at 65,617.84, whereas Nifty concluded 83.50 points up at 19,439.40.
In the previous season, Sensex ended 63.72 points higher at 65,344.17, whereas Nifty concluded 24.10 points up at 19,355.90.
Biggest gainers on the Nifty included Sun Pharma, Eicher Motors, Tata Consumer Products, Apollo Hospitals Enterprises and Maruti Suzuki, while losers were UPL, JSW Steel, Bajaj Finance, Axis Bank and HCL Technologies.
