Mumbai: The equity benchmark indices ended flat today. Sensex closed on 09th September at 54.81 points higher at 58,305.07. Nifty ended 15.75 points higher at 17,369.25.
In the previous season, Sensex closed on 08th September at 29.22 points lower at 58,250.26. Nifty ended 8.60 points lower at 17,353.50.
Metal, fast moving consumer goods and media stocks were in high demand. On the other hand, real estate and select pharma stocks saw selling pressure.
