Mumbai: BSE Sensex today on 24th September 2019 was trading 52.71 points higher at 39,142.74 at 09:45 am. On the other hand, the NSE Nifty rose 13.40 points at 11,613.60 in morning trade.
Similarly, at 10:25 am, Sensex was trading at 39,208.58 points, and Nifty was trading at 11,626.75 points.
RIL, Infosys, Sun Pharma, TCS, Tata Motors, tech Mahindra, Maruti, Vedanta, ONGC, HCL Tech and M&M Bank were among the top gainers rising up to 3 per cent.
Bajaj Finance, Yes Bank, Asian Paints, Hero MotoCorp, L&T, HDFC Bank, Kotak Bank and Bajaj were among the top losers falling up to 2 per cent.
On the currency front, the Indian rupee appreciated 15 paise against its previous close at 70.79 in early session.
Global oil benchmark Brent crude fell 0.54 per cent to 64.42 per barrel.
