New Delhi: Mawana Sugars has planned to reorganize business to attract domestic and global investors for investment. The decision was taken at the meeting of the board of directors on Wednesday.
In a regulatory filing, the company said, it plans to attract investors to explore possibilities to realize the maximum value of the assets of the company and reward the shareholders.
With an aim to attract domestic and global investors, the company will engage experts and merchant bankers to explore business reorganisation.
Siel Industrial Estate Ltd (Siel IE), Siel Financial Services Ltd, and Siel Infrastructure and Estate Developers Pvt Ltd. are the three subsidiary companies of the Mawana Sugars.
