Basti: Munderwa sugar mill in Basti district of Uttar Pradesh has crushed 15.50 lakh quintal sugarcane since the beginning of the crushing season.
Brajendra Dwivedi, the chief manager of the mill, said that the sugar mill is operating without any problem and farmers are sending the cane to the mill as per the demand. The details about the sugarcane purchased by the mill are sent to the sugarcane farmers through SMS on their mobile phones.
