The last quarter of the financial year 2020-21 saw the decline in profit of Uttar Sugar Mills by 20.33 per cent to Rs 27.83 crore as against 34.93 crore during the March 2020 quarter.
The sales of the company witnessed a decline by 0.60 per cent to Rs 553.36 crore in the last quarter of the year 2020-21 as against 556.72 crore during the same period last year.
For the full year, the net profit of the company rose to 59.76 crore, up by 15.77 per cent in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 51.62 crore during the last year. Sales increased by 10.56 per cent to Rs 1818.59 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1644.83 crore during the year ended March 2020.
