Attock: Cracking the whip on sugar hoarders, the Hazro Tehsil administration in Attock sealed a warehouse after they found illegally sugar stored in it. The Attock deputy commissioner Ali Anam Qamer formed a special team led by assistant commissioner Hazro Tehsil Maleeha Lesar after the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Uman Buzdar.
The private warehouse was found hoarding as many as 320 bags of sugar. The seized sugar will be later sold at government notified rates.
No one is allowed to hoard essential food items like sugar, rice, ghee and others, said Assistant Commissioner Lesar.
