Islamabad: Pakistan seems to be strict over sugar scandal. Country’s prime minister Imran Khan has said that government will not spare the sugar mafia.
Addressing the meeting of PTI core committee he said, ‘ Our government has promised people of taking action against the mafia after unmasking them. We will fulfill our promise to bring to light the truth.”
According to the media report, the meeting discussed the forensic report of the crisis of sugar in the country and the proposed action initiated against those who are responsible for it. PM asked the officials from Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to initiate strict action against the sugar hoarders from the region.
