Beed: BJP leader Pankaja Munde has assured the sugarcane harvesters that she will take up their issues to the government.
Sugarcane harvesters are one of the major workforces in cane crushing that have been affected due to the nationwide lockdown imposed to contain the spread of coronavirus pandemic.
Taking to the microblogging site, Twitter, Munde said, “She will problems of sugarcane harvesters with Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, senior NCP leader Sharad Pawar, sugar mills representative Jayant Patil, and Chairman of Maharashtra State Cooperative Sugar Factories Federation, Jayprakash Dandegaonkar.”
