Pasupati Acrylon Limited has commenced commercial production at its newly established 150 KL per day grain-based ethanol plant located in Thakurdwara, District Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
On March 11, the company had informed that the proposed setup of its 150 KL per day grain-based ethanol plant had been completed. Regular trials and final-level testing have begun, and the commencement of commercial production will be communicated to the Exchange accordingly.
The company’s entry into the ethanol business aligns with the government’s vision of boosting ethanol production in the country and reducing reliance on crude oil imports. This strategic move into ethanol production is expected to enhance the company’s revenue streams and support long-term growth, especially as demand for alternative energy sources continues to rise.
